Common Questions
A 20-gallon enclosure with secure top, an under-tank heater with thermostat (88–92°F warm side, 76–80°F cool side), two hides, a water dish, and appropriate substrate like coconut fiber or cypress mulch. We send a full setup checklist with every animal.
Hatchlings eat every 5–7 days. We feed all our animals frozen/thawed mice or appropriately-sized rats. Every animal in our care has a documented feeding record — you'll receive yours on arrival.
Every animal is guaranteed healthy on arrival. If your snake shows signs of illness within 7 days of delivery that existed prior to shipping, we'll cover vet costs up to the purchase price or offer a replacement. We photograph and weigh every animal before shipping.
We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight to most of the continental US. Animals are packed in insulated boxes with heat/cold packs as needed. We only ship when temperatures are safe at both ends — your animal's welfare comes before any schedule.
Yes — we welcome visits by appointment. You'll get to meet the animals, see the breeding room, and leave with your hatchling and a full care sheet. Located in western North Carolina.
